Chairmans monthly report.
Well its the silly season again Augusta is on and all the golfers want rhodedendrons, azaleas and greens stimping at 12, I for one am not slowing my greens down for anybody!!!
It has been a relatively quiet spring, apart from Steve and Les, hope your getting some sleep boys, congrats to to you both and your respective spouses, on a slightly diffirent note our vice chairman has up sticks and gone south to Richmond good luck and best wishes from everyone in the section mate and thanks for everything.
On a personnal note I was fortunate enough to go on the Bernhards tour to Orlando, what a fantastic trip, I met a lot of new friends and we shared some great experiances, the American show was huge I took 4 hours to walk round it ( without stopping for a beer) I would urge anyone thinking about applying for the trip to do so you will not regret it.
The season is upon us now so I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing you at the various golf days.
